Meet Your Inspector
Keith Dalrymple, Certified RV Inspector & Technician
I was working on RVs before I ever set foot in a classroom. That hands-on experience gave me a real working knowledge of these systems, and I formalized it at the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) in Athens, Texas, where I earned my RV technician certification and then completed the inspector program to certify through the National RV Inspectors Association (NRVIA).
That order matters. When I open a compartment or pull a panel cover, I'm not matching what I see against a memorized checklist. I'm looking at components I was trained to diagnose. I know what normal wear looks like, what a rushed cover-up looks like, and which small findings turn into expensive ones after a season of travel.
Inspections are all I do, so your appointment gets the hours it needs and my full focus while I'm on your coach. I work for the person paying for the inspection and nobody else. I don't take referral fees from dealers, I don't sell the RVs I inspect, and I have no stake in whether a deal closes. If a coach is solid, the report will say so. If it isn't, you'll find out before you sign.
Systems I Inspect
Inspections follow NRVIA standards. If a system can't be safely or fully evaluated on the day, the report says so plainly instead of guessing.
- 120V and 12V electrical, converters and inverters
- Generators, transfer switches and shore power
- Fresh water, gray and black systems
- Water heaters and furnace operation
- Refrigerators, cooktops and interior appliances
- Roof air conditioners and rooftop sealants
- Roof, sidewall and seal condition
- Slide rooms, awnings and jack systems
- Chassis, running gear and tires
- Moisture readings and thermal scanning
- Interior cabinetry, flooring and finishes
- Fire and life-safety equipment
Reports You Can Actually Use
An inspection is only worth what you can do with it. A report full of jargon and hundreds of unranked photos won't help you negotiate a price or plan repairs, so I don't write mine that way.

Proudly Serving the DFW Metroplex
The Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex is one of the great American success stories — the term "metroplex" was coined in 1972 to capture two great cities, Dallas and Fort Worth, growing side by side. Today the region spans roughly 9,200 square miles across about 14 counties and is home to more than 8 million people, the fourth‑largest metro in the country. With so many families exploring Texas and beyond, Dal's RV Inspections is proud to serve buyers and sellers all across the Metroplex — wherever your RV is parked, I'll come to it.
