What's different about this inspection
A pre-listing inspection covers the same systems as a pre-purchase inspection, but the report works for you. You can repair items before listing, disclose them up front, or set your price knowing what a buyer will raise.
Keith works for whoever orders the inspection. When you order it, he works for you, and he doesn't take repair work from it.

Common findings
Problems Keith often finds
01
Small leaks owners stop noticing
A stain under a vent or a soft spot by the door that you live with, but a buyer will question.
02
Appliances that only work one way
A refrigerator that only cools on electric, or a water heater that only runs on propane.
03
Expired tires
Tires past their service life, which a buyer's inspector will flag even if the tread looks new.
04
Sealant due for maintenance
Roof and window sealant that has cracked from sun exposure.
05
Batteries and charging
Weak house batteries or a converter that isn't charging properly.

GENERAL QUESTIONS
Don't see your question?
Call or text Keith with the RV's year, make and model and where it's parked.

That's your decision. Many sellers share it because it answers questions up front. A serious buyer may still order their own inspection, and that's normal.
It tells you the RV's actual condition before the dealer appraises it, so you can judge whether their offer reflects real problems or just a negotiating position.
Not necessarily. Safety items and active leaks are worth fixing or disclosing. Cosmetic items often aren't worth the cost. The priority sorting in the report helps you decide.
